Who handles your data

IĮ Numeva, company code 307385249, Vilnius, Lithuania. For anything about your data, email rytis.numeva@gmail.com.

What I collect and why

Contact form. If you write through the form, I receive your name, email address, company name (if you give one) and your message. I use them only to reply to you and, if you want, to offer my services. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Call booking. Calls are booked through Google Calendar. The details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) are received and handled by Google Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. I see them in my calendar and use them only for the call.

Email. If you email me, the messages are stored in a Google Gmail account.

Visit statistics. I count page views and button clicks to see what works on the site. This uses no cookies and does not store your IP address. What gets recorded: the page address, the time, the country (from network data) and an anonymous identifier that changes every day and can't be used to identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

The site uses no cookies and loads no third-party scripts.

How long I keep data

  • Contact form messages: 12 months. If you become a client, data is kept as long as the contract requires and as accounting law demands.
  • Visit statistics: 13 months.

Who else can see the data

The data is stored with service providers that help me run the site:

  • Supabase (database, servers in Frankfurt, EU);
  • Cloudflare (website hosting);
  • Google (calendar and email).

I don't sell data or share it for advertising. Some providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or get a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing rytis.numeva@gmail.com. I'll reply within a month.

If you think your data is being handled unlawfully, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (https://vdai.lrv.lt).
